About DeskPulse
Why DeskPulse exists — monitoring software priced so that growing a team is not punished, built consent-first for BPOs and outsourcing teams.

Why it exists
Remote-work monitoring is sold almost exclusively per seat, with no ceiling. That is a pricing model that charges you more for growing, and it lands hardest on exactly the businesses that grow fastest: outsourcing firms and BPOs going from eight desks to eighty.
At forty seats a per-seat tool is a rounding error. At a hundred it is a line item someone has to defend. The tools also fragment the job — one product for time, another for screenshots, a third for payroll — so an operations manager reconciles three exports to answer one question.
DeskPulse takes a different position on both. One price per seat that stops at a cap, so headcount growth does not re-open the budget. And one system covering tracked time, activity, screenshots, per-task reporting, client billing and payroll, so the numbers agree with each other by construction.
How we think about monitoring
Monitoring software has a deserved reputation problem. Our position is specific:
- Consent-first, always. Tracking runs only when the worker presses Start, with a persistent indicator on screen. There is no covert mode, and deploying it covertly is a breach of our terms that we will terminate an account over.
- Proof of work, not surveillance. The product exists to answer "what was done and what is it worth", not to police individuals. No keystroke content is captured. Ever.
- The worker sees what the manager sees. Every employee gets their own dashboard, their own timesheet and their own payslip from the same data their manager reads.
We think monitoring is defensible when it is transparent, proportionate and mutual — and indefensible when it is not. The product is built to make the defensible version the easy one.
What we are honest about
We have no public customer list, no review-site badges and no funding announcement, because none of those are true yet. When they are, they will appear here. Anything else would be fabrication, and BPO buyers check.
Our security posture is described plainly, including what we do not have, on the security page.
