Competitor figures are published list prices for the named tier, checked 2026-08-08. They change; we re-verify quarterly and date every figure. Where a vendor sells analytics or screenshots as an add-on, the add-on is not included in the figure above — so the real gap is usually wider, not narrower.
Plans differ by seat count. They do not differ by feature.
Interval screenshots with optional blur, activity and idle detection, and a full timeline. Not held back for a higher tier.
Company admin, manager, HR, IT, employee, client viewer and platform. Access is capability-gated, not role-name guessed.
Bill rate per worker or a flat monthly service charge, reported per agent and per customer.
Pay runs, adjustments, paid leave, Wise payout export and PDF payslips emailed to staff.
Who did what, and every agent install, with a remote-control path for IT.
CSV everywhere, public read-only summaries by token, and an API-shaped webhook ingest.
DeskPulse is $7 per seat per month. Once your team reaches 65 seats the total reaches $450 and stops there. Adding people beyond that point costs nothing extra, up to 100 seats.
The Team plan starts at 5 seats, so the smallest Team bill is $35 a month. Below that, the Individual and free Solo plans cover single users.
No. Screenshots, activity tracking, the seven roles, client billing, payroll, the audit log and the API are included at every paid price. Plans differ by seat count, not by feature. This is a deliberate difference from vendors who put screenshots behind a higher tier and sell analytics as a per-seat add-on.
No. The trial needs no card. When you decide to keep DeskPulse you pay by bank transfer, and you tell us it is on the way from your subscription page.
Your bill follows your seat count, and a seat is any staff login that is not a read-only client portal viewer. It is recalculated from your live team, so removing people lowers the bill at the next cycle rather than leaving you paying for empty desks.
Yes, at any time — there is no annual lock-in on the monthly plans. Your data stays exportable while the account is open, and you can take timesheets, screenshots metadata and payroll out as CSV.
Put your seat count in and see the year-one difference against every major vendor.
